CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Our company places the security of credit card holders who shop through our websites as its top priority. Your credit card details are not stored in our systems under any circumstances.
When entering a transaction process, there are two things to look out for to confirm you are on a secure site. One is a key or padlock icon at the bottom of your browser. This indicates that you are on a secure web page and that all your information is encrypted and protected. The accuracy of payment, billing, and delivery address information for orders placed online by credit card is monitored by our company against credit card fraud. For this reason, in order for orders placed by first-time customers on our shopping sites to proceed to the fulfilment and delivery stage, the accuracy of their financial and address/phone details must first be verified. If necessary, the customer holding the credit card or the relevant bank may be contacted to carry out this verification.
Only you can access and modify all the information you provide at the time of registration. As long as you keep your login credentials secure, it is not possible for others to access or alter your information. For this purpose, all membership processes take place within a 128-bit SSL secure environment. This is an internationally recognised encryption standard that cannot be broken.
Online shopping sites that provide a customer support or information line and display a clear address and phone number are increasingly preferred by consumers today. This allows you to obtain detailed information on any matter you may have questions about, and to make a more informed assessment of the reliability of the company providing the online shopping service.

Before making a purchase, make a note of all contact and address details of the store you are buying from. If you have any doubts, call to verify before completing your purchase. MAIL ORDER CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Any identity and credit card information you send to us via the mail order method will be kept by our company in accordance with our confidentiality principles. This information is retained for 60 days as a safeguard against potential credit card chargeback disputes with the bank, after which it is destroyed. Since you are able to dispute with your bank and block payment of any amount charged to your card beyond the amount stated in the mail order form you authorised for the products you ordered, this process does not present a risk to you.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS
Our store may include links to other websites. Our company accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of sites accessed through such links. Advertisements published on our company's site are distributed to our users through our advertising business partners. The Privacy Policy principles set out in this agreement apply solely to the use of our store and do not cover third-party websites.

EMAIL SECURITY
When sending emails to our Customer Services team regarding any of your orders, please never include your credit card number or passwords. Information contained in emails may be viewed by third parties. Our company cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via email under any circumstances.
BROWSER COOKIES
Our company may obtain information about users visiting our store and their use of the website through a technical communication file (Cookie).
